Gully Cricket Rules!!!
I had the chance to watch Chennai 28 yday...The movie is absolutely fantastic...Venkat Prabhu has done a commendable job in his 1st directorial debut! The Gully Cricket(Cricket Match) between the Sharks and Rockers (the 2 teams who fight on and off the field quite often) was more thrilling than the India-Pak or Aus-NZ matches...
Do watch this movie...

yeah I saw it too.... one of the simple n best movies in recent times!! i felt the entire movie was made of simple scenes which evryone cud relate to!!

Having played lots of tournaments like this.. the commentry was authentic..
but naraya edathula.. it was too confusing to understand which group was fighting with whom...
best one was the last scene..ie the Final.. esp with the Aboorva Sagodhargal BGM..
