Pachchai Kili Copy Charam...
There's been a lot of hype about the new Sarath-Jo starrer "Pachchai Kili Muthu Charam". Well, I agree there are good reasons for that, like
1) Its Gautam Menon's movie
2) Its the 2nd last movie of newly wedded Jo.
3) It showcases Sarath Kumar in a suit and tie contrary to his Nattamai/Gounder outlook.
4) It has excellent music by Harris.
5) Once-upon-a-time teen heartthrob Milind Soman makes his tamil debut
6) New girl Andrea joins the latest bandwagon of Heroine Exports to Kollywood...
By now those of you who have seen its trailer or have read rediff.com's making of the movie would have realised that its a scene-by-scene copy of "Derailed"! Wonder why the director/makers of the movie call it a Original Story Flick???
Guess they should call it- Pachchai Kili Copy Charam...

its a take-off of the novel that 'derailed' was based off. the novel's author was contacted and there were some negotiations on crediting him.

copy charam watever i am looking fwd to the movie cause none of the pongal release is worth seeing so am lookin fwd to tat, al songs r peppy esp unn seripinnil..
Its a shame Jo is not gonna act anymore.
Tamil movies, if they are to be out of the usual dada, panchayat villains, stupid kind of love kind, then they inevitably get "inspired" be Hollywood movies. Even Kamal Hassan is not above this.

How are you? yeah I would say Kamal did the 'inspired' movies way back right from Nayakan and Vetri Vizha days...Sigh!
Its probably not the husbands all the time. Maybe star wives think putting on a couple dozen pounds and doing TV reality shows is how life sould be post-marriage.
not the movie derailed. the novel called derailed. And that novel has not yet been made into a movie. So it is kinda a original story flick.
